Moore Debt Solutions was founded in 2013 to assist individuals to take control of their personal debt and find workable and sustainable solutions with their creditors.
Our team consists of accountants and debt advisors who have an unrivalled level of experience and expertise providing innovative and personal debt solutions.
We have built a strong reputation as a professional firm who are impartial and deliver a high quality and efficient service to all stakeholders.
Maurice Lenihan FCA, Dip. Insolvency
Maurice was amongst the first Personal Insolvency Practitioners to be authorised by the Insolvency Service in 2013.
He is also a chartered accountant and has completed diplomas in insolvency and forensic accounting. He is an experienced financial and business advisor and previously served as a non-executive director and treasurer of Limerick MABS. Maurice has served as vice chairman of the Association of Personal Insolvency Practitioners (APIP)
Maurice is the driving force at Moore Debt Solutions. He is pragmatic and solution oriented and is focused on ensuring that our work is done to the highest standard and quality.
He is an effective communicator and is regularly asked to contribute on local and national radio programmes on personal insolvency matters. He has also contributed articles to local and national newspapers.
Maurice is a member of ProPIP, an alliance of leading Irish insolvency practitioners.
Anna O’Halloran QFA, Senior Case Manager
Anna is a Qualified Financial Advisor and works as a Senior Case Manager. She is a key member of our team and has over thirty years’ experience in financial services. She has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of the personal insolvency process in recent years.
She is the initial point of contact for people and helps them to identify and assemble the documentation that is required to start the debt advice process. Anna’s friendly and compassionate approach to dealing with people helps ensure that they gain insight and understanding of the personal insolvency process.
Anna also manages all aspects of the PIA and DSA arrangements once they are approved by the court.
Charlene Kelly, Case Manager
Charlene joined Moore Debt Solutions in 2016 as a case manager. She deals with all aspects of the DSA and PIA application process and liaises extensively with borrowers, creditors, the Insolvency Service of Ireland, solicitors, and the Courts.
Charlene has a strong attention to detail and works very effectively to ensure that the paperwork is prepared and completed to a high standard and that compliance deadlines are met.
